Laminating Line

Yaret aluminum-plastic composite workshop is equipped with 26 cutting-edge continuous hot composite production lines featuring world-leading technology:

  • High-Efficiency Plasticizing Exhaust Screws: Handle various plastic qualities, ensuring bubble-free, smooth, and dense extruded plastic core boards.
  • Precision Three-Roll Mirror Calenders: Thick-walled and rigid, these calenders allow precise adjustment of roller gaps for consistent thickness, uniform cooling, and a smooth board surface.
  • Energy-Efficient Electromagnetic Heating Composites: Multi-roll systems enhance bonding between polymer films, plastic cores, and aluminum foil while being environmentally friendly.
  • Intelligent Computer Control Systems: Fully automatic panel turning and edge milling machines enable high-precision, high-quality, clean, and eco-friendly composite production.

The laminating lines comply with EU REACH, RoHS, and China GB/T17448 standards, capable of producing panels up to 2,000mm wide and 10mm thick, with an annual capacity of 30 million square meters.

Coating Line

The coating workshop features 10 advanced high-speed color aluminum coil coating lines, each supporting a maximum width of 2,000mm:

  • Versatile Coating Capabilities: Suitable for acrylic, polyester, and fluorocarbon baking coatings, with the ability to perform double coating and double baking simultaneously.
  • Precision Reverse Three-Roller Coating Machines: Equipped with mirror steel rollers and Swedish SKF high-precision bearings, these machines ensure consistent coating thickness and quality in a closed, dust-free environment.
  • Advanced Temperature Control: Infrared temperature measurement and PID controllers monitor and adjust oven temperatures to optimize solvent resistance, hardness, and flexibility of coatings.
  • Experienced Technical Team: Our senior coating experts manage process control and quality systems, ensuring top-tier performance.

The coating lines have an annual production capacity of 60 million square meters.

Solid Aluminum Panel Workshop

The 10,000 square meter standardized workshop integrates advanced production technology and equipment from around the world:

  • Automatic Unwinding and Leveling Lines: These lines, exclusive to professional aluminum processing plants, efficiently handle business orders.
  • Advanced Sheet Metal Processing Equipment: High-precision CNC turret punching, milling, slotting, and bending machines from Japanese AMADA and Canadian ACCURPRESS meet diverse sheet metal forming needs.
  • Specialized Machinery for Complex solid panels: Skin stretching machines, four-column hydraulic presses, and aluminum alloy annealing furnaces cater to the production of intricate, multi-curved aluminum solid panels.
  • Expert Design and Production Management Teams: Our top domestic design team and strong production management ensure high-quality output for our annual capacity of 3 million square meters of aluminum solid panels.
