In order to thoroughly study and implement General Secretary Xi Jinping’s important speeches and instructions on party discipline education, further enhance the party spirit and political quality of party members in emerging fields, strengthen discipline awareness, and establish correct behavioral norms, Yaret Group has carried out education on the bottom line of clean government, strengthened discipline building, and purified the corporate atmosphere.

 

Employees abide by professional ethics

On the morning of May 22, Yaret Group convened a meeting to focus on the implementation of integrity and self-discipline education and discipline building for all key personnel in the group who are in charge of money, property, and personnel, as well as management cadres above department managers and workshop directors.

 

 

The meeting began with Zhang Dan, the group’s vice president and member of the Integrity Supervision Office, introducing the organizational management structure of the Integrity Supervision Office and preaching the integrity and self-discipline system. The system stipulates that the group company will set up an integrity supervision office. In order to reflect the company’s high attention and serious attitude towards this work, the director of the Integrity Supervision Committee is Comrade Chen Kangfu, the company’s chairman and party branch secretary, and the daily affairs of the committee are designated by the party and mass departments. The company’s Integrity Supervision Committee has four main responsibilities and tasks: one is to formulate plans and measures; the second is to carry out integrity and self-discipline education; the third is to track the implementation of integrity and self-discipline; and the fourth is to investigate and deal with corruption. It is hoped that through institutional norms, all Yaret employees will abide by professional ethics, be consistent in words and deeds, maintain the integrity of the enterprise, and safeguard everyone’s own interests.

 

 

Sustainable and healthy development of enterprises

Chen Kangfu, Chairman, Party Branch Secretary and Director of the Integrity Supervision Office of Yaret Group, delivered a speech on the Group’s integrity and self-discipline work. The Chairman pointed out that “With the continuous expansion of the scale of the enterprise, everyone’s ideas, behaviors and value orientations have also undergone new changes, and there are more and more temptations from the outside world, so we must continuously improve the integrity and self-discipline management system to prevent everyone from taking money from their own pockets and doing things that damage the interests of the company.”

 

 

The chairman also pointed out that “everyone present here holds various rights and interests. You bear the trust of shareholders, employees and family members, and also bear the responsibility of ensuring the sustainable and healthy development of the company. However, no matter how hard you work or how successful you are, as long as you have problems with your work style, you will lose the confidence to be respected in society.” Listening to the chairman’s speech, the alarm bells sounded in the hearts of every Yatai employee.

 

 

Be a clean person and do things with integrity

 

 

At the end of the meeting, a ceremony of signing a letter of commitment to integrity and self-discipline was held. Every comrade solemnly wrote his or her name on the letter of commitment to integrity and self-discipline, promising to be a “clean and honest” Yaret person, promising to adhere to the bottom line of discipline at work, to be clean in life and work, and to create a “clean and upright” corporate atmosphere!

 

 

At the same time, the group’s party branch requires party members and cadres in the management team to further advance the study and education of party discipline, with a higher political stance and stricter learning standards, to truly internalize the party’s discipline in their hearts and externalize it in their actions, to be brave in taking responsibility and be good at taking action, to be based on their own positions, to cherish the company’s career platform, and to effectively transform the learning results into a powerful driving force for work.
