Annual work meeting
On February 3, 2024, the 2023 Group Economic Work Conference of Yaret was successfully held at the Shanghai headquarters. The meeting summarized the overall production and operation of the group in 2023, focused on important matters of enterprise development in 2024, and deployed various tasks of the group. The group’s president team, heads of subsidiaries, heads of departments, outstanding employee representatives, etc. attended the meeting.
The meeting affirmed that in the context of 23 years of relatively slow economic activity, through the joint efforts and dedication of all Yaret employees, a relatively good answer was delivered to the group: the group’s overall revenue achieved growth, foreign trade sales rose against the trend, exceeding the annual target by 30%, setting a new record in foreign trade sales since the establishment of Yaret Group; aluminum veneer engineering has obtained engineering orders for a series of major projects such as Ningbo Center, Beijing New International Exhibition Center, Hong Kong International Airport, Hangzhou Jianghehui, Huawei’s national R&D centers, etc. through solid and deep cultivation of high-quality customers. Yaret aluminum veneer is moving towards a virtuous cycle of “making excellent products and conforming to the best selection”; the first phase of Yaret International Enterprise Port, the group’s headquarters, was successfully completed and delivered, and the second phase was fully and smoothly launched. The pace of pioneering transformation is becoming more and more firm and the pace is becoming smoother.

At the meeting, Chen Jianhui, Executive Vice President of the Group and Chairman of Jiangsu Yatai Science and Technology Industrial Park Co., Ltd., Zhang Dan, Vice President of the Group, Shi Muchao, Vice President of the Group, Chen Jianliang, Vice President of the Group and General Manager of Sichuan Yaret Building Materials Co., Ltd., and Chen Changqin, General Manager of Hubei Yaret Building Materials Co., Ltd., respectively delivered annual work reports and plans for the companies.
Chairman Chen Kangfu pointed out that the working idea for 2024 is: to develop the various industries of the group with the key operating principles of making them better, stronger and bigger, to ensure life safety and product quality as the top priority, to enhance brand value, to increase corporate profitability, and to ensure the healthy development of the company!

On the afternoon of February 3, 2023, the Group successfully held the 2024 production and operation work meetings and financial work seminars of each subsidiary, seizing the opportunity and moving forward bravely, focusing on cost reduction and efficiency improvement to create a new situation.
Yaret Group 2024 New Year’s Eve Party
On the evening of February 3, customer representatives, owners, shareholders and their families who have settled in Yaret Enterprise Port, representatives of retired employees, together with supervisors and outstanding employees of the headquarters and subsidiaries, attended the 2024 Yaret Group Spring Festival Gala. At the gala, the group leaders awarded and encouraged outstanding employees of 2023!
