Yaret takes you to the beautiful Xinjiang

Landmark buildings,city cards, regional characteristics

Xinjiang is a magical and beautiful place, and also a huge and rich treasure house. On the vast land, three mountains stand tall and two basins lie quietly; for thousands of years, a road has brought together humanities. The fusion of multi-ethnic cultures makes Xinjiang not only have wonderful natural scenery, but also landmark buildings with cultural characteristics of various ethnic groups. Today, follow our Yaret footsteps to Xinjiang and feel the beautiful mountains and rivers of the motherland.

“Pearl of the Silk Road” internationalized Xinjiang

The plane landed at Urumqi Diwopu Airport. The new T4 terminal, for which Yaret participated in supplying aluminum panels, was themed “Silk Road Tianshan” to create a cultural airport with Western characteristics.

With the continuous deepening of my country’s opening up, western development, and the joint construction of the “Belt and Road”, Xinjiang has changed from a relatively closed inland area to a frontier of opening up to the outside world, showing its vitality to the world. As a window for Xinjiang, the northwest, and even the whole country to show themselves to the outside world, the Xinjiang International Convention and Exhibition Center, located in Urumqi, the capital of the Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region, is not only a port platform serving domestic and foreign economic and trade, but also a landmark building that fully demonstrates the country’s strength.

Xinjiang International Convention and Exhibition Center integrates conferences, exhibitions, business negotiations, large gatherings and other functions. It is the main venue of the China-Eurasia Expo. The overall shape is like a rising moon, taking the artistic conception of “the moon rises from the Tianshan Mountains”. The large steel structures on both sides are like a pair of “big wings”, implying the vigorous development of Xinjiang. The entire building forms a natural and continuous transition with the Hongguang Mountain in the distance. The aluminum honeycomb panels and aluminum veneers provided by Yaret Group shine under the reflection of the green mountains. The overall building is integrated with nature and complements each other.

Xinjiang: A vibrant place for ice and snow sports events

Xinjiang’s ice and snow sports have long been renowned, with Yaret participating in supplying materials. The venue for the 13th Winter Games located in Xinjiang’s Nanshan Scenic Area is like a blooming snow lotus. The three competition venues, athletes’ apartments and media center are arranged in a circular shape, embracing and cohesive. The design draws inspiration from Xinjiang’s unique regional scenery and traditional culture, closely adhering to the theme of ice and snow, and proposes the design concept of “Silk, Road, Flower and Valley”, showcasing Xinjiang’s splendid culture and regional beauty.

Xinjiang Urumqi Olympic Sports Center is another masterpiece of Yaret in Urumqi. The building integrates architectural modeling and decorative aesthetics. The structural layout is rhythmic, reflecting a highly integrated professional integration.

The Xinjiang Urumqi Olympic Sports Center continues the design concept of regional culture, adopts the international operation idea of “multi-venue integration, combination of regular events and competitions”, takes sports events as the basis, while ensuring mass fitness activities, creating an open urban space, and strives to build it into Xinjiang’s “Pearl of the Silk Road, a Happy New City”.

Xinjiang: the art of “integration of multi-ethnic cultures”

Changji, a place full of mystery, has unique natural scenery and picturesque views. The most famous of these is Tianchi Lake in Tianshan Mountains. The scenery is picturesque in all seasons. In winter, the Tianchi Lake is covered with snow, as if entering a fairy tale world.

Located in Changji, Xinjiang Grand Theater is the most iconic building with national cultural characteristics in China and the core building of Impression Western Region International Cultural Tourism Industrial Park.

The exterior surface expresses a light and fashionable quality through the yellow-brown metallic aluminum veneer produced by Yaret Group, while the golden brick texture of the inner core expresses the strong regional cultural characteristics of Xinjiang. The whole building is like a blooming golden snow lotus.

“Salt oil and gas mineral resources scientific exploration and exploitation” rich Xinjiang

From Changji to the north, a familiar industrial city can not be ignored, that is Karamay. It is a city standing on the desert, Karamay is the only city in the world named after oil, the city name comes from a group of natural asphalt hills in the northeast corner of the city – Black oil mountain, known as “the eldest son of the Republic of oil” and “the west holy land of China’s oil industry”.

The Karamay Science and Technology Museum built here is the first large-scale professional science and technology museum in Karamay, telling the story of the city born because of oil and the continuous exploration and development of science and technology because of oil. The facade of the Science and Technology Museum is decorated with aluminum veneer products made by Yaret Group, which is magnificent and spectacular. It is a science and technology exhibition hall showing the achievements, high standards and high specifications of Karamay’s “World Oil City”.

“The Legend of Danxia and Bibo all the way to the Northwest” mysterious Xinjiang

Heading northwest, there are China’s most magnificent Yardang landforms; the popular TV drama’s Altai; and the mysterious Karakol Lake with its legends. Immortal poplars, snow-capped mountains, beautiful gorges, and gem-like high-altitude lakes…

The beauty of China lies in Xinjiang! Xinjiang is called the “last pristine land left by heaven on earth.” Without visiting Xinjiang, one cannot know how vast China is, and without visiting Xinjiang, one cannot know how beautiful China is. So this summer, take advantage of the good weather and set out with a good mood!
