Major Project of Shanghai Science and Technology Innovation Center – Junshi Biosciences Global R&D Headquarters
The Junshi Biotech Headquarters and Global R&D Center Headquarters project officially started in December 2021 and is scheduled to be put into use in 2024. The project is located in the Shanghai Zhangjiang Hi-Tech Zone-International Medical Park, covering an area of approximately 24.4 acres and a total construction area of 77,000 square meters.
When it comes to Junshi, you may not be familiar with it, but when it comes to the global new crown in 2020, everyone is familiar with it. At the beginning of the outbreak, Junshi collaborated with its partners to develop an innovative drug – Etesvir Monoclonal Antibody (JS016). As my country’s first independently developed neutralizing antibody against the new coronavirus that participates in the global fight against the epidemic, it obtained emergency use authorization in more than 15 countries and regions in 2021.
Yaret’s efficient support
The design concept of the Junshi project brings together the headquarters and R&D center of an innovative technology company with multiple functions. The functional layout of Junshi Bio’s headquarters office building and global R&D center are mainly used for headquarters operation management, innovative drug R&D, and supporting support.
In 2023, Yaret Group received an order from Junshi, with a total supply volume of approximately 12,000 square meters. The supply cycle is expected to be completed in one year in line with the project progress. Currently, the project supply is going smoothly.
This project is a unit curtain wall structure. The on-site skeleton is integrated with the aluminum plate. The aluminum plate is assembled tightly. A single unit uses more than 160 connecting pieces, 60 of which need to be machined to meet the three-side connection profiles. The number of individual screws used is about 1,200. The overall size after assembly reaches 3000*5100mm.

Due to the special shape of the curtain wall panels of this project and the extremely high process requirements, our processing and transportation have been greatly challenged. In order to ensure the final level of product quality, the company uses a special transport bracket, which is both environmentally friendly and can ensure that the product arrives at the project site without any wear and tear, fully demonstrating the company’s product customization and personalization characteristics.
