Meilan International Airport Phase II is located in the northern area of the existing Meilan Airport, with a planned land area of about 8,644 mu. It will build the first 4F-level airfield in Hainan Province, with a runway 3,600m long and 60m wide, 2 parallel taxiways and a connecting road system; a new terminal building with an area of about 300,000 square meters will be built, which is about twice the size of Terminal 1, with 110 check-in counters and 46 security check channels.
