JD Smart City project is the largest and most comprehensive business office complex invested by JD Group in Suqian. The project covers an area of 309 acres, with a total investment of about 4 billion yuan and a total construction area of 540,000 square meters. The project consists of four parts: super high-rise office building, JD customer service office building, supporting commercial building, SOHO office and apartment building. Among them, the No. 9 super high-rise office building has a building height of 158 meters, which is the tallest building in Suqian and a landmark building.
